Attach a spreadsheet containing the full names and email addresses of the users needing access or access removal. Please specify each user by indicating: New or Remove.

Please confirm you’ve attached a spreadsheet (.csv, .xls or .xlsx file) containing the full names and email addresses of the users before submitting your request. This will ensure the quickest response time from our Help Desk team.

If your request is to remove user access, please indicate this in your attached spreadsheet, and also by checking the box “Yes, remove user access”.

If this request contains more than one user, please also include "Remove user" in the attached spreadsheet next to each user(s) name.
